EVEN without the traditional Traslacion, the celebration of the Feast of the Black Nazarene this year was successful, according to the parish priest of the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene, also known as Quiapo Church.
"First, we did it in a prayerful fashion," Quiapo Church Attached Priest Fr. Earl Valdez said. "Second, in terms of the logistics involved, I think we were also able to progress safely and in an orderly manner."
