SEN. Mary Grace Poe urged the government to tap the private sector to modernize the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) following the technical glitch that shut down the country's airspace on New Year's Day.
The senator said that she has been pressing for the privatization of NAIA's operations and maintenance to address the efficiency and safety needs of the growing number of passengers.
