DESPITE the filing of courtesy resignations by ranking officials in the Philippine National Police (PNP), two officers swapped posts — Deputy Director for Directorate for Intelligence BGen. Romeo Caramat and BGen. Ronald Lee, head of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG).
PNP chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. announced Caramat's designation as CIDG head on Monday.
