LPA enters PH, to bring widespread rain in Bicol, Visayas, Mindanao

THE state-run weather agency said on Tuesday that the low pressure area (LPA) has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is likely to bring heavy rain in parts of Visayas, Mindanao and Bicol Region.
