ACEN Corp. on Monday said that its Australina unit had signed an AU$277-million syndicated green term-loan facility with major international banks.
The loan will provide capital financing for ACEN Australia's renewable energy portfolio, which is expected to be a significant contributor to a strategic aspiration to grow renewables capacity to 20 gigawatts by 2030.
