Cleansing the PNP

SO, 956 police generals and colonels have been asked to submit their courtesy resignations in the government's latest undertaking to 'cleanse' the Philippine National Police (PNP) of corrupt elements, particularly those involved in illegal drugs.

Reactions from the public have mostly been negative or skeptical.
