Trough of LPA brings rain in Visayas, Mindanao

THE trough or extension of a low pressure area (LPA) outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) continues to bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Monday.
