'Missing' engineer found dead

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: The decomposing body of a 60-year-old engineer was found inside his room at a building under construction in Caggay in this city on Friday afternoon, police said on Saturday.

The body of Manuel Amonsio, 60, from Cavite, who supervises the construction of a building owned by real estate developer Donald Dy, was found inside his room, according to Lt. Rosemarie Taguiam, Tuguegarao City police information officer.
