Marcos: Govt tightly watching Covid variant

PRESIDENT Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. assured the public that the government is 'very closely' monitoring all possible threats from coronavirus Omicron subvariant XBB.1.5.

'So, we're watching it. Of course, very closely. But so far, mukha naman maayos, mukha namang nama-manage natin (It seems it is well managed),' Marcos told reporters on Friday after his ocular inspection of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
