DIVULGING your expected salary with your prospective employers can be a source of stress for many Filipino professionals. It is fair to want compensation that reflects your training, experience and expertise as well as the level of pressure that comes with the position.

However, it can be quite difficult to arrive at a figure that considers all these factors.
