BPI resolves 'debit memo' woes

THE Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has announced it has resolved the issues surrounding duplicate transactions, through the so-called ' 0431debit memo' that trended online on Wednesday.

'We are pleased to inform you of the successful resolution of the duplicate transactions on affected BPI accounts,' the BPI announced on their social media platforms.
