1 LPA exits, another stays but both still bring rain to parts of PH

THE low pressure area (LPA) off Palawan has left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) but continues to bring rain, along with another LPA off Capiz, to parts of Mindanao, Visayas and Southern Luzon.

Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) forecaster Benison Estareja said the LPA inside PAR was estimated some 50 kilometers east of Roxas City, also in the same province.
