Petron sets $50-M tender offer for capital securities

PETRON Corp. on Wednesday announced a tender offer for $50-million in outstanding senior perpetual capital securities.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, Petron said the tender offer was subject to conditions set out in a memorandum dated Jan. 4, 2023.
