'Firecracker rules for review in Negros'

BACOLOD CITY: The Provincial Health Office (PHO) in Negros Occidental blamed the loopholes in the regulation of selling firecrackers for the high injury rate in the province during the holidays.

PHO head Dr. Ernell Tumimbang said on Tuesday, January 3, that there were 63 firecracker-related injuries in the province.
