THE municipality of Badian in Cebu Province recorded zero firecracker incidents and crime in welcoming the New Year.
"The Badian Police Station recorded zero crime on New Year's Day celebration and zero firecracker incidents on the first day of the year," a statement on its Facebook page said on Tuesday.
