All systems go for Black Nazarene feast

ALL parties involved in the celebration of the Feast of the Black Nazarene from Jan. 7 to 9, 2023 are ready for the religious event.

Changes in the traditional celebration were announced by Nazareno 2023 adviser Alex Irasga during a media conference held at the Pope Benedict Building in Quiapo Church on Tuesday.

VISITATION An image of the Black Nazarene is taken to The Immaculate Conception Cathedral of Cubao, in Quezon City, on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023, for the celebration of the Feast of the Black Nazarene from January 6 to 9. The Catholic Church has dispensed with the traditional ‘Traslacion’ or procession of the statue due to the pandemic.
