THE low pressure area (LPA) has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is bringing rain over Visayas, Mindanao and Palawan, the state-run weather agency said on Wednesday.
According to weatherman Patrick del Mundo of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the LPA was last spotted around 3 a.m. some 195 kilometers south of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
