Treasury partially awards T-bills

RESULTS were mixed during Tuesday's Treasury bill auction with only a partial award made for the one-year paper.

Full awards were made for the 91-day and 182-day papers, which respectively fetched average rates of 4.155 percent and 4.903 percent.
