SUSPECT e-commerce transactions increased by 70 percent year on year ahead of the holiday season in the Philippines, information solutions provider TransUnion said last month.
In a December 15 report, TransUnion said that analysis using its TruValidate solutions suite found that 4 percent of Philippine e-commerce transactions made before Black Friday, November 24 and Cyber Monday, November 28, were suspected to be fraudulent.
