PREMIERE Horizon Alliance Corp. (PHAC) announced that it will file a verified answer to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding the petition of Marvin de la Cruz, chairman and chief executive officer of Squidpay Technology Inc. (SPTI).
In a statement, PHAC noted that further to the disclosure made last Dec. 20, 2022 on the summons received by the company from the SEC, they have finally received the physical copy of the summons on Dec. 28, 2022.
