THE low pressure area (LPA) that is in the boundary but still outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) may enter the country but has a less chance to develop into a tropical depression.
This is according to weather specialist Obet Padrina of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) who told The Manila Times that its trough is affecting many areas in Visayas and Mindanao, as well as Palawan.
