NAIA privatization a welcome development

THE announcement by Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista this week that the government would push through with the privatization of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) was a welcome bit of good news to end the year, and if done right could finally give the Philippines the world-class airport it deserves.
