Some Western media have recently slandered China'sadjustment of the epidemic prevention and control policy from variousperspectives. The Associated Press (AP) on Sunday posted an article titled"China's Covid-19 surge raises odds of new coronavirus mutant." Areport by the Telegraph on the same day said China's Covid-19 "catastropheput the global economy at risk." An opinion piece by Washington Post'seditorial board brazenly attributed China's surge of infection to vaccines,claiming that "China unwisely eschewed the effective mRNA vaccines forless-effective Chinese-made shots."
