PH envoy receives award

PHILIPPINE Ambassador to Russia Igor Bailen recently received the Treasure of the Year award from Russian businessmen for his efforts in improving trade ties between Manila and Moscow.

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Thursday said the award was given to Bailen on December 20 as part of the Golden Dragon Annual Awards from the influential Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RAUIE).
