CSC recognizes PhilMech head

THE director of the Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PhilMech) was recognized by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office 3 (Central Luzon) for making it to the semifinals of the 2022 Presidential Lingkod Bayan (PLB) Award.

The recognition of Dr. Dionisio Alvindia, who has a rank of Scientist IV, was held on Wednesday at the PHilMech Auditorium, Muñoz, Nueva Ecija.
