Richard Clarin named GAB chief

(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has named Richard Clarin as chairman of the Games and Amusements Board (GAB), Malacañang said Thursday.

Clarin, a litigation and corporate lawyer, will replace Baham Mitra.
