Flood deaths now at 32

THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) on Thursday said that the deaths in Bicol, Visayas and Mindanao due to the heavy rains brought by the shear line phenomenon has reached 32.

Of this number, 18 were reported in Northern Mindanao, six in Bicol, four in Zamboanga, three in Eastern Visayas, and one in Caraga.
