DEPARTMENT of Agriculture (DA) projects and financial assistance worth P40 million were distributed to local government units (LGUs), farmers and association beneficiaries in Ilocos Norte.
Senior Undersecretary for Operations Domingo Panganiban led the awarding of the DA projects, including the P13 million irrigation project to the LGU of Bacarra.
