NDRRMC: 25 dead in VisMin floods

(UPDATE) THE death toll from the floods that hit Visayas and Mindanao rose to 25, the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC) said on Wednesday.

Sixteen of the fatalities came from Northern Mindanao, five from Bicol, two from Eastern Visayas, and two from Zamboanga.
