Flood death toll rises to 13

THE death toll from floods in the Visayas and Mindanao has increased to 13, according to the latest report from the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC).

Northern Mindanao has the most reported deaths at seven, followed by the Bicol Region with three; Eastern Visayas, two; and Zamboanga Peninsula, one.
