LEGAZPI CITY: Amid the noise, outrage and division in opinion, Albayanos from all walks of life are not losing hope as they still await the return of Noel Rosal who was unseated as governor of Albay due to a disqualification case filed before the Commission on Elections (Comelec).

Rosal, who received the highest number of votes in the history of the province during the May 2022 gubernatorial elections, is considered by the people here as a genuine grassroots leader for instituting good governance and championing programs for the environment and the people.
