ZAMBOANGA CITY: Two foreign vessels rescued seven Malaysians and three Filipinos drifting at sea off the southern Philippine province of Tawi-Tawi, the military said Monday.

The Western Mindanao Command said the Liberian bulk carrier M/V Falcon Triumph and the Panamanian oil tanker M/V High Adventure responded to the distress call of the oil tanker M/V Belait Surita over the weekend.
