DEPARTMENT of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar said on Monday that his agency has engaged community and cause-oriented groups in an open dialogue regarding housing issues.

Acuzar said he met with leaders and representatives from cause-oriented groups, namely Renato Reyes Jr. of Bayan, Satur Ocampo of Bayan Muna, Estrelita Bagasbas of Kalipunan ng Damayang Mahihirap (Kadamay), Mary Joy Guevarra of Gabriela, Jaime Valdez of Anak Pawis, Maria Fe Hullipaz of Samahang Maralita sa Temporary Housing-Tondo Chapter, and Andrea Trinidad of Urban Poor Coordinating Council-National Capital Region.
