Wide-mesh nets catch only big fish in migrant ocean

AFTER playing catch-up to Canada in snagging skilled migrants, Australia, New Zealand and the UK have now cast nets in the migrant ocean with one problem: the mesh openings are too wide, catching only the big fish and specific target species.

Then once on board the boats, processing of those caught in the immigration net freezes applicants, literally.
