KABUL: Afghanistan's Taliban rulers ordered all local and foreign nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) to stop their female employees from working following "serious complaints" about their dress code, the South Asian country's Economy Ministry said on Saturday.
The order threatened to suspend the operating licenses of the NGOs that failed to implement the directive.
