THE Russian embassy took note of the article "Move to expel Russia from UN snowballing?" by Jaime J. Yambao (Dec. 17, 2022), in which the author prefers to ignore the facts, feeding his audience second-rate tales from Kiev (Kyiv) fake-makers and leading Western publications. In this regard we feel obliged to refute some information "stuffing" pursuing the explicit goal of discrediting Russia in the eyes of the Philippine audience.

1. The author makes an attempt to shake up the topic of "war crimes" of Russia in Bucha, despite the staged nature of the "massacre in Bucha" proven by Russian representatives in the UN. But if in April the purpose of this obvious provocation was to disrupt the Russian-Ukrainian negotiations in Istanbul, now the Westerners are again turning to this topic to use it as a pretext to expel Russia from the Security Council.
