Accepting his fate should not deter Antiporda from pursuing graft cases vs NIA officials

THE other day, I got hold of a copy of an open letter written by Benny Antiporda regarding his replacement as administrator of the National Irrigation Administration.

Last week, President Marcos appointed Eddie Guillen, a former mayor of Piddig, Ilocos Norte, as the acting NIA administrator.
