DAVAO CITY: The local government unit of President Roxas municipality in Cotabato province formally started the implementation of a total of P100 million road concreting projects, infrastructure and livelihood programs during the groundbreaking ceremony held at Barangay Labu-o in the town on December 21.
The projects, which cover 25 barangay (villages) in President Roxas, is in furtherance of the the Department of the Interior and Local Government and Task Force Elcac's Barangay Development Program by addressing the development concerns of communities, particularly of those once considered as Communist Terrorist Group (CTG) affected barangay.
