BACOLOD CITY: A solar energy company is putting up a 150-megawatt solar plant on the border of Barangay Felisa, Bacolod City, and Barangay Tabunan Bago City in Negros Occidental.
Board Member Frederick Ko, chairman of the Committee on Energy, said that Negros PH Solar Inc. submitted to his committee all the documentary requirements for their proposal.
