THE Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) has approved the 2023 Bangsamoro Expenditure Program amounting to P85.3 billion with a focus on education, health, infrastructure and social services.
BTA Bill 54 was approved on third and final reading last Tuesday afternoon with 44 affirmative votes, no zero votes and no abstention.
