Health workers slam 'stingy' govt incentives

A GROUP of health care workers criticized the grant of service recognition incentives (SRI) and rice allowances to all government employees and workers, calling it a 'stingy' and 'deceptive' move.

The Alliance of Health Workers also added that Administrative Orders 1 and 2, issued on December 16, will divide the ranks of government employees.
