Marcos names former SC justice Tinga acting DBP chairman

PRESIDENT Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. appointed former Supreme Court (SC) Associate Justice Dante Osorio Tinga as acting chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), Malacañang announced Friday.

Tinga's appointment to the DBP was dated Dec. 9, 2022 and was coursed through the Department of Finance, which has supervisory functions over the government-owned bank.
