DELEGATES from higher education institutions across the country converged in Tuguegarao City in Cagayan province to attend the first International Hospitality and Tourism Convention with the theme 'Rise of the Billion Dollar Industry: Multinational Sustainability Towards Heritage Tourism.'

Hosted by University of Saint Louis (USL)-Tuguegarao, the convention held at Meynard's Resort and Convention Center on December 9 and 10, 2022 was attended by students and educators from different universities and colleges in the country.
