Public Speaking Fellow in the Philippines

Dear Lloyd,

I find it hard to speak in front of an audience even when I want to say something important. I know I have inspirational messages to share, but I simply don't have the courage — and maybe even the skill — to do it. Many have been written about self-confidence and all, but I can't seem to apply it no matter how hard I try to do it. I wonder if you can give me some advice about this.
