'Cultural diversity brings a collective strength that can benefit all of humanity' – Robert Alan
PHILIPPINE provincial university students in the long past, come generally from a common culture. These days, especially in the national capital, a great many university students come from offshore. As reported, students from more than 65 countries choose the schools in the Philippines for them to study. According to Unesco, half of the foreign students come from East Asia, particularly from China, South Korea and Taiwan. Besides from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong, others are from the US, the UK, Germany, France, Australia or Japan (https://the-buchiblo.com/en/2019/09/n26/international-students-in-the-philip pines/) The Bureau of Immigration reports that before the pandemic strike, there were more than 35,000 foreign students studying in the country, mostly enrolled in the medical field.
