AbaCore maintains 10% per annum dividend policy

ABACORE Capital Holdings Inc. (ABA) will continue paying dividends of not less than 10 percent per annum to shareholders as approved by its board of directors.

Abacore paid a P1-centavo cash dividend and 0.0009 shares in Philippine Regional Investment Development Corp., a subsidiary that provides financial services such as advisory, asset management and underwriting, to shareholders of record as of June 28, 2022.
