BARMM official shot dead

ZAMBOANGA CITY – Motorcycle gunmen shot dead the chief of the Ministry of Indigenous Peoples Affairs of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao in the southern city of Cotabato.

Police said the 52-year old Jocelyn Palao was in a van and heading home when she was attacked late Tuesday afternoon, December 20, by the gunmen, who tailed her vehicle from work.
