Mayor vows justice for teen killed in road mishap

BACOLOD CITY: EB Magalona Mayor Marvin Malacon has committed to helping the family of 15-year-old student Kevin Liscano who was run over by a truck and killed while crossing a pedestrian lane in front of a school on December 15.

Malacon also said he will not allow a cash settlement of the case.
