GENERAL SANTOS CITY: The city government is allocating P120 million for the construction of another solid waste cell facility within the city's 63.3-hectare sanitary landfill in Sitio Cabuay, Barangay Sinawal.
Solid Waste Management Office department head Ferdinand Pareja said that the construction of the cell facility is needed to cope up with the increasing volume of solid waste being generated by the city's 26 villages.
