Army hosts get-together for ex-rebels

CAMP MELCHOR DELA CRUZ, Gamu, Isabela: Eighty former communist rebels and 73 of their dependents were treated to a Christmas party filled with games and prizes here.

Capt. Rigor Pamittan, 5th Infantry Division public affairs chief and spokesman, said the event, dubbed as 'Pasko ng Kapatiran: Isang Ngiti, Isang Milyong Pag-asa Alay sa mga Naisalbang Kapatid,' allowed the former rebels and their families to enjoy the festivities.
